Press the Button labeled Voice Mail, then enter password or press ICM dial pilot voice mail number , then press #, then follow prompts. then press 2 after the voice mail system begin to speak, then listen to the prompt and follow directions to record your name, your greeting and to set up your name in the directory.

2. To retrieve your messages from within: Press button labeled voice mail: then enter voice mail password and follow the directions .

3. To retrieve your messages from outside: Dial main number, After the Auto attendant answer , or after being transferred to the auto attendant, Dial 9 then follow the prompts.

TO RECORD THE MAIN GREETING:
Press ICM button and dial main number to voice mail___________.

Then Dial *900 Then enter password 1234 (Ignore the voice giving you the product version)
Then dial *10000(day greeting) or *10010(night greeting)
Start speaking after you hear the tone and press the # button when finished.

Conference
1. To make a conference you must first establish a call to the first party that will be involved in the conference.
2. Then press the TRF button
3. Then call the second party either via the ICM button or outgoing line burtton.
4. Then press the CONF button and begin conference.

Transferring (Transfer is only applicable if you have a voice mail system)
1. To transfer a call, while engaged in a conversation on your phone press the TRF button.
2. Then call the party to whom you are transferring to either via ICM or outside line.
3. Either announce the call to you calling party and hang-up or just hang-up

Recording Calls (Only if you have a voice mail system)
1. While engaging in a conversation press the button labeled Record. After you hear the tone the conversation is being recorded into your voice mail box.

Programming Feature Buttons
1. Press the button labeled SPD/LNR.
2. Then press the button that you are going to program.
3. Then enter feature code (See attached sheet labeled features)
4. Then press the button labeled SPD/LNR (Twice if you have a 20 button or higher. All 20 buttons or higher have Aqua TRF button.
5. Then press HF

Programming One Touch Dialing
1. Press the button labeled SPD/LNR.
2. Then press the button that you are going to program.
3. Then dial the outside number .
4. Then press the button labeled SPD/LNR(Twice if you have a 20 button or higher.

How to Transfer a Call to an outside party
1. While engaged in a call
2. Press TRF button
3. Press an outgoing line button(dial 9 if you don’t have line appearance)

5. After they answer you may hang up and they are connected.
